Licensed Massage Therapist
She/Her/Hers
Jessie Griffin has been practicing massage therapy since 2004, and she brings both skill and soul to the table—literally. Her touch is gentle, grounded, and beautifully intuitive, the kind of bodywork that makes your whole nervous system sigh in relief and helps you reconnect with yourself long after you’ve left the room.
She’s trained in deep tissue, Swedish, sports massage, reflexology, and myofascial therapy, and she completed Carole Osborne’s renowned Pre and Perinatal Massage program. Jessie is also a Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist (CMLDT) trained in the Vodder Method through the Klose Institute. Add in her birth doula training and her big, tender passion for supporting families through pregnancy, postpartum, and all the wonderfully chaotic seasons of parenthood, and you’ve got someone who truly understands the full picture of care.
Whether you’re carrying physical tension, emotional heaviness, or simply more toddlers than your hips were designed for, Jessie creates space for real rest, real relief, and a deeper sense of connection to your own body. She believes massage is a powerful form of healing—both physically and emotionally—and she’s honored to support people through whatever chapter they’re in.
Originally from southern Maine, Jessie has lived and worked all over the U.S. (and even in China!) before returning to midcoast Maine in 2016 to be closer to family. When she’s not providing comfort in the treatment room, you’ll find her savoring dark coffee, tending to her flower gardens, or delighting in her ever-expanding fabric stash. She lives with her husband, their teenage daughter, and a very good rescue dog named Ebby.
