Johanna Hill, DC

Chiropractic Physician & Owner of Pinetree Family Chiropractic
She/Her/Hers

If you’re looking for a provider who listens first, talks like a real person, and genuinely cares about helping you feel better (without the pressure or fluff), you’re in the right place.

Dr. Johanna Hill is the founder and owner of Pinetree Family Chiropractic and has been working with families in all stages — from preconception through postpartum and beyond — since 2011. She’s passionate about helping people feel more at home in their bodies, and her care is rooted in the belief that patients are the experts on their own bodies.

Dr. Hill brings a deeply thoughtful and evidence-based approach to everything she does. She practices trauma-informed care, never uses weight as a measure of health, and believes that healthy bodies come in all shapes and sizes. Her goal is always to help people feel empowered, educated, and — when they’re ready — independent from care. No scare tactics, no lifetime treatment plans. Just support when you need it, and respect when you don’t.

She’s trained in a wide range of techniques including chiropractic adjusting, soft tissue therapy, cranial work, SOT, nutrition, and functional medicine. She has advanced training in pregnancy, pediatrics, TMJ care, and postpartum rehab, and is certified in the Webster Technique — a gentle way to support pelvic alignment during pregnancy.

When she’s not in the office, Dr. Hill is usually chasing her two kids around the woods or the beach, gardening (badly but enthusiastically), or enjoying a quiet night in Bath, Maine with her husband.
